Data-center sites & modular data centers on brownfield power · Spain

We find where the power already is. Then we put the deal together.

We orchestrate data-center projects in Spain — Europe’s next hub, where the grid is closed on paper while stranded megawatts sit in idled smelters, shrunken mills and retired plants. Our proprietary process locates that brownfield power before the market does; then we bring together the three parties every data center needs: the site, the capital, and the operator.

The bottleneck isn’t silicon. It isn’t even power.

It’s knowing where power actually is —
and putting the right parties around it.

Twelve gigawatts of grid access have been granted in Spain; two or three will realistically get built. Meanwhile idled industrial connections sit unlisted because their owners see a closed factory, not the megawatts behind it. Whoever closes that information gap first — and brings site, capital and operator to one table — captures the brownfield spread. That is what we do: brownfield power, found first and put to work.

The model

The data-center market has three structural constraints: time-to-power, capital committed ahead of demand, and pipelines that stall because nobody holds all the pieces. The model addresses all three — brownfield first.

01 — Speed

Operational in months, not years.

The queue for a new grid connection in Spain is measured in years — when it opens at all. A brownfield site where the connection, the substation and the civil works already exist collapses that timeline. We start where the power already is.

Existing connection vs. multi-year new-access queue
02 — Scale

Grow at the pace demand justifies.

Modular capacity deployed behind an existing industrial connection starts small and expands toward the site’s full class. No capital parked years ahead of revenue, no wasted megawatts.

5–40+ MW site classes mapped, every claim verified
03 — Pipeline

Verified, not scraped.

Every candidate passes our multi-layer verification engine — independent signals cross-checked against each other before a site earns a place on the map. No press lists, no model guesses. The pipeline re-runs monthly as the underlying record changes.

How we work — three layers, one direction

1 · Intelligence

The map — available today

Six flagship editions and a monthly delta watch: node-level grid capacity, verified stranded-power candidates with MW-classes derived through our screening engine, and an evidence chain behind every claim. Licensed per organization — ask us for a redacted preview.

2 · Origination

The introduction — success-fee mandates

For developers, funds and operators: we qualify a brownfield site against your criteria — grid context, ownership path, status verified — and make the introduction under a per-site mandate. Success fee at closing; time-boxed site exclusivity available under a retained mandate. You never pay for a map that doesn’t match your corridor.

3 · Orchestration

The assembled deal — selective

Where the pieces align, we assemble them: land or plant under option, connection path confirmed, delivery partner teamed, capital introduced — a package sold at financial close, not a promise. We take this path selectively and say openly which stage a deal is at. No paper pipelines.

Let’s coordinate

Own a site or a shrinking plant?

Your connection may be worth more than the plant.

Idled kilns, cogenerations, process lines — the grid access built for their peak is a monetizable asset: hosting, sale, or repowering. Confidential first conversation.

Deploying capital or building?

Brownfield sites with power, verified before you travel.

Tell us your corridor and MW band. We open one full candidate — complete evidence chain, grid context — before any invoice. Then per-site mandates at closing.

Operating compute or modular?

Behind-the-meter hosts, already mapped.

Plants running at reduced load with live oversized connections — the fastest energization path in a closed grid. We know who they are and what they burn.
