1 · Controller

AI Media Ventures LLC, 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Fl. 2, New York, NY 10019, USA, operating the Ampervia platform, is the controller of personal data processed through the Sites.

2 · What we collect

• Registration data (platform): work email, company, role, stated intent (buyer / operator / seller / advisor) and, if you provide it, your LinkedIn profile URL — plus the one-time verification codes we email you.
• Membership & engagement data: correspondence about Pro membership, mandates and engagement letters, and payment references for bank transfers (we never see or store card numbers; bank transfers are processed by our bank).
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery. If you enable notifications on our admin tools, a push subscription token.

We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics on the Sites. Cookies are essential only — session and access cookies that keep registered users signed in.

3 · Why we process it (legal bases)

• To provide access you request — registration, teasers, membership (contract).
• To verify eligibility of counterparties and protect confidential inventory (legitimate interest).
• To send transactional email — codes, access grants, inventory updates connected to your access (contract / legitimate interest). No marketing lists without consent.
• Security, abuse prevention and legal compliance.

4 · Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, CDN, database), Resend (transactional email), and our bank (payments). Each processes data under its own safeguards and our instructions. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with advertisers. Data may be processed in the United States and the European Union; for EEA/UK data we rely on standard contractual protections offered by these providers.

5 · Retention

Registration and membership records are kept while your access is active and for as long as the related undertakings and agreements remain enforceable, then deleted or anonymised. Server logs rotate on our providers’ standard short cycles.

6 · Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including GDPR for EEA/UK residents and the CCPA for California residents), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict processing, and request portability. To exercise a right, email team@ampervia.com (from your registered email where possible) or use the Contact page. EEA/UK residents may also complain to their supervisory authority.
