What Ampervia does

Ampervia finds sites where land and grid capacity line up, secures them with its members through one vehicle per site, takes them to ready-to-build, and brings institutional capital in for the build. Its public research product is the Ampervia Powered-Land Map; the answers, rules tracker and datasets on this site publish the research behind it.

Razvan Toma, founder and CEO

Razvan Toma leads Ampervia’s site origination and research: reading grid capacity node by node, the rules that govern connections in each country, and the economics of taking a site from land to ready-to-build. He is available to journalists and conference organisers on these topics:

  • Powered land
  • Data center grid access in Spain and Italy
  • Ready-to-build data center sites
  • Data center site origination
  • European data center investment

How we source

  • Every figure links to its source, with the date we last checked it.
  • Our own datasets, such as Spain grid capacity by province, are built from official publications and refreshed monthly.
  • We publish aggregates only and never identify a candidate site, its owner or its municipality. Site-level research is for Club members.
  • Nothing here is investment advice or an offer of any security.
