Terms of Use
v1 · July 2026 · These terms govern use of ampervia.com and platform.ampervia.com (the “Sites”).
1 · Who we are
The Sites are operated by AI Media Ventures LLC, 1350 Avenue of the Americas, Fl. 2, New York, NY 10019, USA, operating the Ampervia platform (“Ampervia”, “we”).
2 · What the Sites are — and are not
The Sites publish sourcing intelligence about powered land for data centers: aggregated, redacted views of verified sites, methodology notes and analysis. Nothing on the Sites is an offer to sell real estate or securities, a valuation, or investment, legal or tax advice. Scores and modeled figures are estimates from verified inputs, not guarantees. Ampervia is not a licensed real-estate broker; where licensed brokerage activity is required, it is performed through licensed partners.
3 · Gated content & commercial terms
Access to the registered ledger is granted under the confidentiality and non-circumvention undertaking accepted at registration. Ampervia Pro membership is governed by the Ampervia Pro Master Access Agreement. Site identities and full dossiers are released to Ampervia Pro members under that agreement; per-site mandate work is contracted separately. Where those documents differ from these Terms, those documents prevail for their subject matter.
4 · Permitted use & intellectual property
The Sites and their content — maps, ledgers, scores, methodology, teasers, text and design — are Ampervia’s property or licensed to it. You may view and share links to public pages. You may not scrape, bulk-download, republish, resell or use the content to build a competing dataset or to identify and approach sites independently of Ampervia.
5 · No warranty; limitation of liability
The Sites are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Sites; our aggregate liability is limited to US$100 for free use, or to the fees you have paid under the agreement governing the paid service concerned. Nothing limits liability for fraud.
6 · Changes; law
We may update the Sites and these Terms; the version posted here applies. New York law governs; disputes go to the state or federal courts sitting in New York County, New York.
